Education
I graduated from the University of Chicago in June of 2022 with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. Under the guidance of Prof. John Mark Hansen, I received honors for my thesis “Competition and Identity: Political and Partisan Socialization in 15 Young Adults.”
Research Interests
I am interested in studying the intersections of identity, culture, and community, especially as these pertain to politics, religion, ideology, and polarization in the United States.
Projects
I am currently working on editing my thesis into a publishable manuscript. I also plan to read, write, and engage while teaching in the DRC in order to explore my research interests in a new context.
